Complaints

Complaints will be considered if SVARUNICA store did not comply with the agreement when ordering (did not deliver the ordered product or delivered the damaged one). The bidder undertakes to eliminate these errors as soon as possible.

Klub VELES that manages SVARUNICA reserves the right to reject complaints in the following cases:
• if no invoice is attached,
• if the goods have not been returned in their original packaging,
• if the user has used the goods indefinitely until the withdrawal from the contract.
