Registration and purchase process
Registration of the user of the online store with goods is not required when ordering.
Only for some electronic products and services, registration is necessary, which the system also warns you about.
To register for the event, it is mandatory to enter personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail address). In the case of a company registration, the company name and company tax number are also required.
In both cases, the method of payment is payment by proforma invoice – paying in advance.
The purchase process consists of three steps: 1 – purchase data, 2 – entry of personal data and selection of delivery method, 3 – order summary. You can interrupt the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window, unless you have already confirmed the order with the “Order confirmation” button immediately after the order summary. Registration for the event begins with selecting registration for the event by adding them to the cart with the “Register” button. After selecting the event and assuming you agree with the contents of the cart, proceed to the “Next Step” button. After completing the order, you will receive an e-mail notification with a pro forma invoice and instructions for paying the invoice.
All prices are in EUR (euros) and do not include value added tax (VAT), as we are not currently liable.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity, except in the case of promotions, when the validity of the offer is specifically marked.
Despite tremendous efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, price information may be inaccurate. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.
The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. After placing the order, the user receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted or rejected.

Withdrawal from the order
The buyer (consumer within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act) may, within 14 days of receiving the goods, notify the provider in writing that he is withdrawing from the order, without having to state the reason for his decision.
The buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract if the sum of payments that the user must make under the contract does not exceed EUR 20.00.
Withdrawal from the order is sent by the customer to the SVARUNICA Online Store, Klub VELES, Magajnova ulica 1, 1231 Ljubljana Črnuče, Slovenia /Europe with the note Online Sales or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of withdrawal from the order, the buyer must return the received goods immediately or no later than 14 days after receipt or by mail to the above address of the seller or bring it in person to the takeover point of the provider.
The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which in the case of shipping is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment / package / cargo). We do not accept redemption shipments.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the bidder taking over the returned goods. The payment received is returned to the buyer with the same means of payment as he used.
Withdrawal from registration for the event
The event takes place with a sufficient number of registered participants. Klub VELES that manages SVARUNICA website reserves the right to cancel or. change in the implementation of the event due to insufficient number of registered participants or due to force majeure (eg lecturer’s illness).
In the event that the future participant has already settled all obligations, Klub VELES will refund the registration fee in full within 8 days of the cancellation of the event.
Klub VELES uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.
Protection of personal data
Klub VELES undertakes to protect all private data of the user in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Privacy and Cookies Protection Policy. All personal data of the user of the online store are confidential and will in no case be disclosed to unauthorized persons.
To purchase in our online store, it is necessary to collect some of your personal data. We will not pass on the information you provide to us to third parties, except for the purpose of confirming the validity of the purchase and delivery of products. The provider implements all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with ZVOP-1.
By purchasing in the online store, you expressly agree that your personal data that you provide when ordering (name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone) are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order, and your e-mail address can be used directly marketing our same or similar products or services as you purchased in the online store.
Klub VELES is not responsible for the use of the online store Svarunica and for any damage caused by the use of online content located there. The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered product.
Although the provider strives to provide accurate images of sales products, all images should be taken as symbolic and thus do not guarantee the characteristics of the product
The online store is owned by the klub VELES, which also manages the online store. The content published on the website is the property of the Klub VELES and its contractual partners and may be used for non-commercial purposes, where they must retain all copyright notices and therefore may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise distributed without the permission of the VELES Club.
Sometimes it happens that we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy and reliability of all published data. We will take all warnings seriously and correct any information posted.
We do not accept any liability for any consequences arising from the use of information published on this website or the temporary non-functioning of the website and thus the online store.
We reserve the right to change the content on a daily basis, errors in prices and written text. By using the online store, the customer confirms that he accepts the described conditions and agrees with them.
Complaints and disputes
Any disputes are resolved amicably. If no amicable agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in the competent court in Ljubljana/Slovenia.
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation, obligations and other regulations governing the provision of goods and services via the World Wide Web. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in case of problems, the customer can contact by phone or e-mail email@example.com or at the headquarters of the Klub VELES.
The provider will confirm within eight working days that it has received the complaint and inform the user of the website how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.
The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
