Online store cost calculation
Delivery of ordered goods in our store is included separately on our issued invoice.
In the online store, prices are listed for the product itself, shipping costs are calculated separately. The final order amount is thus visible in the penultimate step of placing the order.
Product weight and billing
The weight of the product together with the packaging is visible next to each individual product in our store, so that you are informed about the weight of the purchase even before placing the order.
The online store system automatically calculates the postage cost based on the weight of the products together with the packaging.
A smaller package such as jewelry usually weighs up to 100g, an annual, wall calendar weighs 450g.
Discounts, coupons, benefits apply to the purchase of products in your cart and not to the entire purchase with postage.
Order processing and delivery time
Orders received on weekdays by 4 p.m. will be processed within 24 hours, but delivery depends on stock or availability. We have some products in stock, but we produce T-shirts with our own graphics using the “print on demand” system, though in Slovenia it can still take several working days. Each customer is informed of the estimated production time, and is also informed when the shipment is sent to the post office.
Orders are usually shipped the next working day after receiving the order if the product is in stock.
We reserve the right to extend the delivery deadline, of which the customer will be informed.
Delivery method
Our shipments are delivered by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.
The shipping cost includes postage and packaging.
If you think that the courier needs additional information to deliver the shipment, use the “Note” field in the order submission process for delivery information.
Personal pickup
By arrangement, you can also pick up products from our store at our address Magajnova ulica 1, 1231 Ljubljana Črnuče. In the case of personal pickup, we will notify the buyer by email when the goods are ready for pickup and within what time frame they can be picked up.
THE BUILDING IN WHICH OUR ONLINE STORE IS LOCATED IS STILL UNDER RENOVATION AND IS CURRENTLY OPERATING WITHOUT OUR OWN PREMISES. FROM SPRING 2026, MAYBE AT THE END OF 2025, THE SHOP WILL BE OPERATING IN A SMALLER OFFICE NEXT TO THE COURTYARD. SINCE WE ARE STILL ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE AND PARKING IS SOMETIMES IMPOSSIBLE, WE ARE CURRENTLY DELIVERING ORDERED GOODS BY PHONE CALL RIGHT OUTSIDE ON THE STREET.
